How I start CCNA R&S?

After graduation, I wanted to enter in actual Networking field, so I was searching on internet that ‘How to start career in Networking field?’. ‘Google.com’ gave me so much option in reply to my search. It shown me that there are lots of course related to Networking (CCNA to CCIE to CCDE). Its also shown me information about some institutes which is offered that types of courses.
